meat galore




Sausages come in many varieties. My favourites include, Thai sausage, sau-ua which is filled with minced pork, herbs and chili paste; Chinese sausage, lap cheong which is dried pork sausages flavored with char siu that looks like pepperoni. The best sausages I've tasted is without a doubt from Germany, famous for its variety and long tradition of preparing sausages, my favourites include the classic frankfurters and bratwurste.
