1001 post

This is my 1001 post on wildcrazybeautiful and this deserves a celebration (I'm always finding an excuse to celebrate). I'm a big fan of leather although I complain it's heavy, but yet I love it because it's so timeless, classic and all the great words you can think about comes to my mind when I talk about leather.

Deemed personally to me as a 'leather specialist', Smythson by Bond Street is no doubt one of my favourites. Peridot and Blue Nile collection is thus far the nicest collection I've seen. The colors are tres gorgeous! Hopefully I'll in be London soon because there's something new that I saw and just can't get off my mind!

details and such

This is one of my favourite purchases of September - the gorgeous silk blouse with gold tips. It's a really simple and chic blouse to wear, making accessorizing absolutely fun and painless. Wish I had more days in a week to experiment with this blouse. Speaking of pain, I walked past Zimmerman, and just from the window display I can tell the new collection is to-die-for, I really should have just walked in, and deal with the credit card pain later.

the moto

A motorcycle jacket never goes out of style, but I do feel like I’m seeing a lot of them right now. And I like the way women are putting them together – not just with jeans. I can't wait for me to be obsessed with clothes, because its wayyy cheaper than being obsessed with good shoes!

Transformed to another world! Love the shell clutches, and the coral elements on the heels! Ugh Chanel is so bad for me, you have no idea!

milan in the fall

I was very lucky to be visiting one of THE most renowned fashion capital of the world - Milan! Made it in time for Milan Fashion Week 2011 and gosh Milan in the fall is truly the best time to visit. The weather was just right and the temperature was perfect, making it really conducive to window shop, shop and just soaking in the natural beauty of Milan.

Even having so much of Asian food back home, it was so good to eat true Italian food. Non-stop of pasta and tiramisu for me. I'll worry about my weight later ^^

One of the many, many 'Bond Streets' of Milan. Walked around the city with three different pair of shoes, heels mind you. It was torturing because of the cobbled streets but I survived!

Enchanting Duomo. Where all the excitement of window shopping and shopping starts (or end) for some.
I know you've seen many, many beautiful prints from D&G Fall 2011 in various styles - but I decided to rock the star print!

I even thought the Metro was pretty charming. Hmm..

Milan was practically fashion and shopping heaven for me. I cannot wait to come back again for more! Have a good week!

wow , its october

Besides Zara which is the only decent, inexpensive brand alive - and also one of my favourite brands, H&M comes to a close second for those unglam casual days but ugh now every Tommie, Dickie and Carries will be around town wearing H&M - boo to whoever who opened H&M in Singapore.

Looks like I need to find an alternative brand to substitute H&M - FAST! - and realised that the only brands I like for unglam casual days are Acne, Isabel Marant and Alexander Wang - how unfortunate can my situation be. Oh well, looks like I need to have a second job .... or sell my soul to a shopping God if he or she existed.

something to think about

This week I'm very into bags. Could this be my new bag? But , it doesn't look versatile somewhat. Never underestimate the power of versatile and roomy bag.

spotted: christine centenera

This week I saved these two images of Christine Centenera taken during Fashion Week in London and Milan. I would wear that first outfit right away, that skirt is unbelievable gorg!

the trench

There's something about this photo that captivated me, but I just don't know what.

the monaco princess

the unsuccessful celine hunt

I've been craving for a bright Celine bag for the longest time but I just haven't found the right shade despite hunting it down in Paris, London and even my recent trip to Milan. Oh well, there's always another bag to buy.

walking away

Too much to do, too much wants, too much thinking, too much of everything has gotten in the way for a few months now. Looking forward to detoxing and walking away from it all.
