meat galore

Sausages come in many varieties. My favourites include, Thai sausage, sau-ua which is filled with minced pork, herbs and chili paste; Chinese sausage, lap cheong which is dried pork sausages flavored with char siu that looks like pepperoni. The best sausages I've tasted is without a doubt from Germany, famous for its variety and long tradition of preparing sausages, my favourites include the classic frankfurters and bratwurste. Check out one of my favourite food blogs, Orangette for more meaty recipes.
