Braids are such a classic look. This picture is my favourite and I wish I had that much hair to work with. I know they have probably used some extensions, but I can’t help to fall in love with the look over and over again.

diy : rose petal ice cubes

Something to look forward this weekend at home - Rose petal ice cubes. A lovely addition to any clear or light-colored drink. Put them in drinking water , a summer cocktail or vodka .

Ingredients: 

Ice cube tray 

 Pesticide-free rose petals 

Water ----and 

Patience 

Step No. 1: Pour water into an ice tray to fill it one-third of the way. Freeze 

 Step No. 2: Place petals on top of the ice. Add enough water to fill the tray two-thirds of the way and freeze again 

 Step No. 3: At this point, the petals will be suspended in the ice and unable to float annoyingly to the top of the cube. Fill the tray the rest of the way with water and freeze

Read an interior design blog about the shocking news of the passing of interior designer and architect, David Collins on Tuesday and was totally bummed because I totally love his work and keeps me constantly inspired ! Oh well, at least I know that he will rest in peace as his work has never been short of phenomenal and will definitely leave a mark not only in my world , but in the I.D. world as well.
